Castillo HR Consulting Inc. seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support employees, managers, and clients. The position covers recruitment, performance management, compensation, labor relations, and employment-related issues. You will help align HR policies and practices with company mission, values, and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities: Support employees and managers with employee relations matters
Manage recruitment sourcing, screening, and initial phone interviews
Assist with incidents, discipline, terminations, and documentation




Investigate complaints and prepare findings with recommendations
Provide training, coaching, feedback, and timely HR responses
Requirements: Minimum five years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
Previous experience working in a unionized workplace
Knowledge of BC employment and human rights legislation
Post-secondary diploma in a related field
General computer skills, including Microsoft Office
