Key Responsibilities: Provide payment solutions for past-due customer accounts
Handle recovery, bankruptcy, total loss, and insurance processes
Research vehicle values and negotiate insurance offers
Monitor agencies, recoveries, targets, and high-risk accounts
Liaise with dealers,



customers, and internal departments
Requirements: Completed post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
Minimum two years’ financial services experience
Required bilingual French and English proficiency
Solid negotiation, analytical, planning, and decision-making skills
