Lead custodial operations, facility maintenance, and scheduling for Oneida Nation of the Thames across community service facilities.
This permanent full time Building and Property Maintenance Lead supervises custodial staff across CEDSS facilities. The work includes assigning schedules, inspecting completion, maintaining inventory, and addressing maintenance concerns. You will coordinate with management, staff, contractors, and service providers to support clean, safe, sanitary, and functional buildings and grounds.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily custodial, maintenance, and operational facility needs
Assign, schedule, and inspect custodial team work
Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, sanitation, and working order
Maintain inventory, schedules, logs, timesheets,



and supply orders
Perform custodial or maintenance tasks when required
Requirements: Secondary school diploma or equivalent
At least two years custodial or building maintenance experience
At least one year supervisory, lead-hand, or team-lead experience
WHMIS certification, or willingness to complete provided training
Valid Ontario Class G licence and reliable vehicle
Apply leadership, scheduling, and building maintenance experience while supporting CEDSS facilities and community operations.
