This permanent, full-time Senior Welder-Assembler role supports manufacturing complex mechanical systems. You will interpret welding processes, operate manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated equipment, and assemble prefabricated metal parts. The work includes custom fabrication with copper, stainless steel, steel, iron, titanium, and special alloys.
Key Responsibilities: Interpret welding process specifications and related procedures
Operate manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated welding equipment
Read welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes




Fit, braze, and torch-straighten metal components
Assemble prefabricated parts into heavy industrial machinery
Requirements: Other trades certificate or diploma
One year to less than two years of experience
Experience with custom fabrication
Ability to handle loads up to 23 kilograms
Organized approach and ability to work evenings, nights, or days
Apply welding, blueprint-reading, brazing, and assembly skills while building complex mechanical systems in Montreal’s manufacturing setting.
