ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services, partnered with Moose Cree group of companies, is hiring Second Cooks for a remote lodge. You will prepare diverse foods, set up workstations, measure ingredients, operate kitchen equipment, and maintain sanitation. This position follows a 14-days-on, 14-days-off rotation.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare food according to recipes and production guidelines
Set up workstations with ingredients and equipment
Measure, chop, trim, peel, and mix ingredients
Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, grills, and fryers
Store food and sanitize equipment according to procedures
Requirements: Experience as a cook or related role
Knowledge of food preparation and cooking methods
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and storage
Ability to acquire food safety certification
Basic math and interpersonal communication skills
