Deliver first aid and workplace health support with Amazon in Cambridge, Ontario, using emergency response and proactive injury prevention skills. This onsite role supports associates across versatile shifts.
As an experienced Onsite Medical Representative, you will work with Amazon Workplace Health & Safety leaders and wellness specialists. You will assess occupational and non-occupational injuries, administer first aid, refer outside care, and support safety operations. The position also includes records, worker compensation coordination, and health guidance.
Key Responsibilities: Provide first aid and referrals to outside medical providers
Maintain care records, activity logs, and shift reports
Coordinate workers’ compensation and return to work programs




Coach associates and leaders on observed at-risk work habits
Support emergency response, drug testing, and medical inventory
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Ontario standard first aid with CPR/AED Level A or C
Valid Provincial Primary Care Paramedic certification or nursing registration
Ability to maintain first aid, CPR, and AED credentials
Ability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends
