Shared Health seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for the HSC Acute Stroke Unit. Under manager supervision, you will provide independent nursing services, administer prescribed treatments, and coordinate care. The position involves collaboration with healthcare teams and participation in discharge planning. Recent related clinical experience may be required or preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Provide qualified practical nursing services to designated patients
Administer prescribed medical treatments, including IV medications
Collaborate and interact within the healthcare team




Coordinate patient care and participate in discharge
Maintain commitment to regional and unit objectives
Requirements: Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nursing program
Certification in IV Therapy and IV Medication Administration
Active registration with the CLPNM and proof of registration
CPR training meeting Employer policy requirements
Ability to prioritize, delegate, communicate, and adapt effectively
