How you will make an impact:
Developing marketing strategies for campaigns, projects, websites, and social media
Managing social media accounts, including engagement, messages, leads, and reviews
Managing paid digital campaigns and budgets across SEM platforms




Tracking and analyzing key marketing metrics and communicating performance results
Ensuring marketing materials align with brand guidelines and Steele Auto Group’s vision
Collaborating with General Managers on radio, print, social media, email, and text campaigns
Coordinating community partnerships and events in collaboration with General Managers
Managing relationships with community partners, vendors, and digital service providers, including Kijiji, CarGurus, AutoTrader, and Rapid Response
Coordinating the design and development of marketing materials, including business cards, flyers, and print advertisements.
What drives your success:
You have 2+ years of experience in marketing or digital media
You have relevant post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field
You have experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and content marketing
You have robust communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent proofreading and editing abilities
You have strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail
You can problem-solve, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
You can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
You’re comfortable using a variety of design software and digital tools
