Lead remote ERP implementations for Total ETO Inc. using client communication, configuration, training, and project management skills.
As Implementation Lead, you own each client’s onboarding journey from project kick-off through the Support phase. You serve as primary contact, subject-matter expert, trainer, and project manager. The work spans discovery, workflow mapping, data preparation, module training, reporting requirements, and go-live coaching.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct discovery sessions and map workflows to system capabilities
Guide data migration, validation, and go-live readiness
Deliver module-by-module training for client teams
Manage timelines, risks, scope, and stakeholder updates
Coordinate reports, integrations,



customizations, and UAT validation
Requirements: Experience implementing, configuring, or administering enterprise software
Comfort with complex, multi-module database applications
Working knowledge of relational database concepts
Robust communication with technical and non-technical audiences
Self-directed approach to multiple concurrent projects
Apply ERP implementation, client training, configuration, and project management expertise across complex remote engagements.
