You will use computer applications, Knowledge Base articles, and British Columbia government websites to provide timely, accurate information. The position serves residents, businesses, and visitors through calls, email, and SMS while meeting designated handling targets.
Key Responsibilities: Verify citizens and validate provided information
Respond courteously and timely through calls, email, and SMS
Research enquiries using applications,



Knowledge Base, and government websites
Assist with online forms, applications, and documentation
Escalate issues and refer requests requiring provincial resources
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent
Basic computer skills and standard office equipment proficiency
Call centre experience preferred
Second language proficiency is an asset
Residency in British Columbia for remote work
