As a Registered Veterinary Technologist in Emergency, you will provide care for specialty patients at Calgary Animal Referral and Emergency Centre. The position offers exposure to varied emergency cases and practice alongside a board-certified emergency and critical care specialist. Work occurs within a progressive, cooperative teaching environment. Shifts are available weekdays, weekends, and overnights at the 24-hour facility.
Key Responsibilities: Provide patient care for specialty emergency cases

Requirements: Registered AHT status
Eligibility for AAAHT and ABVMA registration in Alberta
Complete ABVMA registration by employment’s first day
Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal communication skills
Temporary student ABVMA licensing accepted for recent graduates
Bring emergency patient care, communication skills, and registration eligibility to the Calgary C.A.R.E. Centre RVT team.
