This Senior Analyst supports accounting operations across vendor payments, cash management, general ledger activities, and month-end close procedures. The position coordinates financial processing, reconciliations, reporting, and audit support while collaborating with Finance, departments, and external accounting providers. Process improvement and systems initiatives are also included.
Key Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices and maintain vendor accounts
Coordinate domestic and international payment activities
Monitor cash requirements and prepare cash forecasts
Complete journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and reclassifications




Perform reconciliations and investigate financial discrepancies
Requirements: Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Minimum three years of relevant accounting operations experience
Understanding of accounts payable and general ledger accounting
Solid Microsoft Excel and accounting systems skills
Experience with ERP systems; Oracle Financials is an asset
