Monitor revenues to determine labour costs
Recruit, schedule, train, and supervise staff
Balance cash and complete financial reports
Address complaints and manage customer service
Requirements: College or CEGEP education
Two to less than three years of experience
English language ability
Ability to supervise five to ten people
Bondable and reliable with attention to detail
Bring organized restaurant operations leadership, staff supervision, cash reporting, and customer service experience to this on site position.
