As Project Coordinator, you will report to the Area Manager and administer project contracts, budgets, changes, drawings, and material requisitions. The work supports civil, structural, and architectural construction while coordinating trades, subcontractors, and vendors. You will help deliver complete, commissioned system installation packages.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate civil, structural, and architectural multi-trade construction projects
Maintain customer, contractor, and trade communications
Develop project schedules and oversee schedule progress




Administer contracts and ensure compliance with documents
Develop requisitions and coordinate material purchasing
Requirements: Three years of relevant construction industry experience
Construction jobsite experience preferred
Understanding of MS Project or Primavera software
Understanding of scheduling, job costing, and tracking systems
Robust technical, communication, and organizational skills
