The Technical Supervisor leads the technical team, organizes floor activities, and supports operational efficiency. This position develops staff, maintains client relationships, and may assist with onsite administrative duties. It reports to event technology or operations leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and break down intermediate audiovisual equipment
Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve event problems quickly
Direct technician workflow and daily floor activities
Monitor events and confirm customer equipment needs
Lead equipment security, storage,



transportation, and maintenance
Requirements: Three to five years of audiovisual experience required
Three to five years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Knowledge of technical theory and advanced problem-solving skills
Experience leading workflow and team members
Technical 1-Star Certification or certification within sixty days
Apply technical leadership, audiovisual expertise, and customer service skills while coordinating reliable event operations for hotel clients.
