This contract Service Coordinator reports to the Vice President of Procurement through September 30, 2027. You will coordinate floor cleaning equipment maintenance, track service requests, and maintain accurate records. The position supports technicians, customers, managers, vendors, and asset tracking.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain detailed repair and inspection reports
Coordinate warranty claims with equipment vendors
Track company assets and plan required repairs
Update field managers on repair request status
Maintain internal repair technician schedules
Requirements: Considerable knowledge of equipment servicing
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
