Key Responsibilities • Software Development: Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. • Hands-on Implementation: Work on tasks and stories as a hands-on implementer of code, either individually or as part of a pair (through pair programming). • Agile Participation: Actively participate in scrum activities such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and refinement. • Collaboration: Partner with senior developers, QA, and other team members to successfully deliver technical solutions. • Problem Solving: Address technical requirements and articulate issues or challenges with the support of the team to ensure project delivery is not at risk. • Learning Mindset: Show a strong passion for learning, with a focus on adopting best-in-class engineering principles and practices.



**Professional Experience** • 1+ years of hands-on software development experience. • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. • Experience working in mixed/virtual/diverse environments. **Technical Expertise** • Proficiency in Java development. • Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-level applications. • Familiarity with cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker. • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems like Apache Kafka. • Basic understanding of database design and development on an RDBMS platform. • Familiarity with API development and application security concepts. • Exposure to Dev
