As a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust, you will support frontline banking through customer service transactions, advice, and referrals. Use discretion with confidential matters while connecting personally with customers. Apply administration, organization, planning, and time management skills across changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities when necessary
Promote banking solutions and complete business processes timely

Requirements: High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
