Own customer invoicing, cash application, and collections as an Accounts Receivable Finance Analyst with Compass Food Sales. Work across high-volume retail accounts and financial analysis.
This analyst manages the day-to-day accounts receivable cycle for Compass Food Sales. The work includes EDI, customer portals, deduction resolution, aging analysis, and month-end support. Additional responsibilities include sales, working capital, and inventory analysis.
Key Responsibilities: Review bank activity and apply customer payments
Manage aging, collection notes, and weekly updates
Resolve deductions, chargebacks, and customer disputes
Research claims through SPS Commerce and customer portals
Support AR close and prepare management schedules
Requirements: Two to four years of related accounting experience
Experience with EDI, SPS Commerce, or similar platforms
Experience reconciling remittances and short payments
Robust Excel, reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail in high-volume environments
Apply AR, collections, cash application, and financial analysis skills while supporting Compass Food Sales retail operations.
