Deliver mail and parcels for Canada Post as a temporary, on-call delivery agent, using safe driving and customer service skills. Work outdoors year-round.
You will represent Canada Post in your community while serving residential and business customers. The position combines depot preparation, postal vehicle operation, route deliveries, and incoming-mail handling. Experience in customer service, deliveries, or driving can help.
Key Responsibilities: Sort and prepare daily deliveries at the depot
Load and drive a Canada Post postal vehicle
Deliver mail and packages by foot or vehicle
Serve customers and businesses along assigned routes
Unload incoming mail and packages at the depot
Requirements: Valid Class 5 or Class G driver's licence
Safe driving record for at least three years
Ability to lift 22.7 kilograms and carry 15.9 kilograms
Ability to work in all types of weather
Availability for on-call work and English and/or French
Bring protected driving, physical ability, and customer service experience to deliver mail and parcels for Canada Post.
