Maintain luxury guest-room standards at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto through exact inspections, coaching, and operational follow-up. This is a full-time position.
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you help ensure cleanliness throughout the hotel and oversee work on assigned floors. You report to Housekeeping Managers while coordinating attendants, housepersons, supplies, work orders, and guest-related concerns. Rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and all-shift availability are required.
Key Responsibilities: Inspect guest corridors, stairwells, elevators, and linen closets
Ensure guest floors have sufficient housekeeping supplies
Provide training and coaching when standards are unmet
Communicate departmental follow-up on requests and concerns




Complete evening housekeeping reports and resolve discrepancies
Requirements: One year of supervisory housekeeping experience preferred
One year of housekeeping or room attendant experience
Luxury hotel experience is preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality commitment
English fluency; additional languages are an asset
Bring luxury housekeeping experience, quality focus, and clear communication to guest-service operations in Toronto’s Yorkville neighbourhood.
