As District Manager, you will guide franchisees, store leaders, and team members toward operational excellence and consistent brand culture. The work combines local store marketing, brand standards, P&L; management, and strategic business planning. You will also analyze district KPIs and implement action plans supporting productivity, revenue growth, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with franchisees on local store marketing initiatives

Analyze KPIs and implement district action plans
Requirements: Preferred three-plus years in multi-unit retail, food service, or franchising
Fluent written and oral French and English
Understanding of P&L;, financial planning, and business operations
Passion for teaching, coaching, and developing others
Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned district
