Requirements: Three or more years in talent acquisition
Clinical and corporate recruiting experience
Applicant tracking system and LinkedIn proficiency
Ability to build scorecards and track pipeline metrics
Relationship-driven communication with empathy and clarity
Use sourcing strategy, candidate storytelling, and hiring structure to help build Stem Health’s healthcare team.
