This permanent, full-time Customer Service Representative role sits within Medavie’s Customer Experience department. You will help members with health benefits, plan eligibility, payment inquiries, and general questions. The work requires transparent phone and email communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and technical confidence while switching between software. English proficiency is required for daily collaboration beyond Québec.
Key Responsibilities: Answer questions about health benefits and plan eligibility
Handle payment inquiries and other general questions
Assess and resolve issues quickly for members




Provide effective strategies for first-call resolution
Assist callers while managing multiple software applications
Requirements: Fully bilingual in French and English
Communicate clearly, concisely, and warmly by phone and email
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and multitasking
Apply strong problem-solving skills to member needs
Bring relevant customer service or health training, education, or experience
