This Bilingual Learning Services Consultant creates and delivers eLearning and instructor-led training across Canada. You will present programs in French and English for sales professionals and employees. The work includes collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to curate content and develop technology-enhanced courses.
Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver training across Canada
Apply instructional design and adult learning theory
Evaluate training and develop learning roadmaps
Curate content with stakeholders and subject matter experts
Track results and recommend training improvements
Requirements: Skilled spoken and written French and English
Bachelor's degree or diploma
At least two years of relevant experience
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
Access to a vehicle for local Ontario travel
Use bilingual facilitation, learning design, and results analysis to shape training programs serving employees and sales professionals nationally.
