Plan and organize pension administration work annually
Verify task and project progress
Train and coach team members
Prepare and track budgets
Requirements: Minimum seven years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, or administration
Robust analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to manage and motivate work groups
Excellent French and Microsoft Excel proficiency
