The Financial Advice Manager develops consistent advice practices across Provincial Credit Union. You will onboard, train and develop Financial Services Officers while providing subject matter expertise, coaching and feedback. The position supports member journeys, service standards and organizational priorities through practical tools and guidance.
Key Responsibilities: Develop consistent financial advice practices, tools and expectations
Lead Financial Service Officer onboarding and training programs
Coach officers and provide constructive feedback on advice quality
Share observations and capability gaps with Branch Managers




Improve advice processes using employee and member insights
Requirements: Post-secondary education in business, finance or related discipline
Significant retail financial services and advice experience
Knowledge of banking, lending, mortgages, deposits and financial solutions
Experience coaching, training or developing financial services employees
Solid facilitation, communication, planning and relationship-building skills
Bring financial services expertise and practical coaching skills to strengthen advice quality for Provincial Credit Union members across PEI.
