and implementation of Guidewire solutions; - Define test cases and support functional validation and user acceptance activities; - Follow up on incidents, evolution requests and functional issues in collaboration with the teams concerned; - Support the resolution of production issues and support users when required; - Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, practices and delivery methods. **The profile you are looking for is as follows:** - Bachelor's degree in administration, computer science, information systems or a relevant discipline; - Have a minimumof eight (8) years of relevant experience in business analysis or functional analysis, including five years as a systems business analyst with the Guidewire platform; - Experience in the field of property and casualty insurance; - Proficient in collecting, analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements; - Write user stories,functional specifications, business rules and impact analyses; - Be familiar with Agile delivery approaches as well as the preparation and execution of functional and user acceptance tests; - Hold GuidewireACE certification; - Possess an advancedlevel of English due to the nature of the tasks, work tools or interactions with English-speaking partners, members or clienteles; - Knowledge of application integration concepts as well as REST, SOAP, XML and JSON technologies; - Master business processes in damage insurance; - Use collaboration and management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and the Microsoft Office suite; - Learn about the underwriting, billing or claims processes for damage insurance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
