The Role, YourImpact As a Payroll Auditor reporting to the Senior Director, CorporatePayroll, you will act as a functional expert andsuper user of the payroll systems. You will ensure the integrity,accuracy, and compliance of payroll data by performing varianceanalyses, functional testing, and quality control activities. Youwill play an active role in payroll integration, conversion, andcontinuous improvement projects, particularly within the Workforce, SuccessFactors, and SAP environments. Leveraging youradvanced Excel and data analysis skills, you will contribute to thereliability of payroll operations and the standardization ofpayroll practices. More specifically: Project Management and ContinuousImprovement Participate in the implementation of various payrollprocess improvement initiatives. Act as a key resource in system integration,conversion, and optimization projects. Participate in the management and implementation ofpayroll system conversion projects. Contribute to the implementation and deployment ofnew payroll system functionalities. Actively participate in parallel payroll testingexercises and validate results. SuperUser Act as the SAP super user within the Payrollteam. Create, test, validate, and deploy new earningscodes and payroll codes. Participate in the standardization of earnings codesand payroll practices.



Perform functional testing (user acceptance testing)during configuration changes and new systemimplementations. Participate in the creation, maintenance, andtroubleshooting of data interfaces andintegrations. OperationalSupport Support and assist Payroll Supervisors and SeniorPayroll Specialists in resolving complex issues. Serve as the primary reference for questions relatedto payroll systems and data controls. Participate in the documentation of processes andprocedures. Compliance and TaxObligations ~ Prepare, validate, and correct year-end tax slips(T4, Relevé 1, and other applicablejurisdictions). ~ Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatoryrequirements. ~ Participate in various payroll complianceactivities. ~ What You Bring to theRole Education: Collegediploma (DEC) in Accounting or equivalenttraining. Experience: Minimum of5 years of experience in a similar role (Payroll Analysis).Advanced proficiency in Excel. Assets include experience withpayroll projects, parallel payroll testing, knowledge of SAPSuccessFactors and Workforce, and a PCP (Certified PayrollProfessional) designation. Skills: Self-motivated,resourceful, analytical, accountable, pragmatic, persistent, andopen-minded.
