Summary
As an HR Recruiter, you’ll support hiring by sourcing and engaging candidates and coordinating interviews. Your impact: thoughtful, timely recruitment helps teams find the people they need to deliver dependable service to commercial fleet customers.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates for open roles using relevant channels and research mainly in the trucking industry.
- Review applications and assess alignment with role requirements.
- Conduct interviews and communicate clearly with candidates.
- Coordinate recruitment steps with hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in recruitment systems.
- Qualifications
- Relevant experience or capability in recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Solid interviewing and candidate communication skills.
- Ability to source candidates and conduct focused research.
