Job Summary

The Farm Supervisor coordinates daily farm operations, supports crop and equipment care, and helps keep work organized, safe, and productive. This hands-on role combines horticulture, irrigation, machinery oversight, and practical maintenance.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily field activities, assign tasks, and guide workers in completing work efficiently and safely.
- Monitor irrigation and crop conditions, applying horticultural knowledge to support healthy growth and timely field operations.
- Inspect farm machinery, heavy equipment, hand tools, and power tools; arrange routine maintenance and report repair needs.
- Support equipment operation and hands-on tasks, including lifting supplies and using tools appropriately.

Required: Practical mechanical knowledge, basic math, and the ability to perform maintenance, use hand and power tools, and handle heavy lifting are significant for daily farm work. Preferred: Familiarity with irrigation, horticulture, farm machinery, and heavy equipment operation supports effective field coordination and equipment oversight. Clear communication, sound judgment, and an organized approach help you guide workers, prioritize tasks, and respond to changing conditions.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Experience:

- Farm Supervisor : 3 years (preferred)
