Job title: Residential Cleaner & Driver (Valid Driver’s License Required)

We’re hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaner & Team Driver to join our growing team in Vancouver. In this dual role, you will split your time between delivering top-quality residential cleaning services and driving/transporting team members, cleaning supplies, and equipment between client homes.

What You’ll Do

-Driving & Logistics: Safely transport cleaning team members, gear, and supplies to and from residential client locations across Vancouver and the surrounding area.
-Perform high-quality residential cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.)
-Maintain organization and cleanliness in clients’ homes
-Work as part of a team and communicate professionally with clients when needed




-Follow company cleaning standards and checklists

Requirements

- Valid BC Driver’s License (Class 5) with a clean driving record and comfort driving in Metro Vancouver.
- Location: Must live in Vancouver or the immediate Lower Mainland area (with an easy commute to daily kickoff points).
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Experience: Previous residential cleaning experience required.
- Work Ethic & Physical Fitness: Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the physical stamina to handle a rapid-paced 50–60 hour weekly schedule.

Schedule & Availability

- Hours: Full-Time (30-35 hours per week).
- Start Time: Shifts typically start at 9:00 AM.
- Availability: Required availability from Monday to Saturday (flexible schedule within these days).

Pay: $24.50-$25.00 per hour
