We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and business-minded Senior Medical Aesthetician & Manager to join our team.

This position combines hands-on aesthetic treatments with clinic management, business development, and growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical aesthetics, strong leadership and sales skills, and the ability to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Aesthetics & Client Care

- Perform a variety of medical aesthetic treatments within your qualifications, training, and authorized scope of practice.
- Conduct professional client consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver safe, high-quality treatments while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
- Build lasting client relationships to encourage repeat visits and long-term retention.
- Support and mentor other aestheticians to maintain high treatment and service standards.

Business Development & Growth

- Develop and implement strategies to increase clinic revenue, profitability, and overall business performance.
- Identify opportunities to attract new clients, increase bookings, and improve client retention.
- Improve treatment sales, packages, memberships, and client spending through effective consultation and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion, promotional campaigns, and appointment bookings.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend strategies for continuous business growth.

Clinic Management & Leadership





- Work closely with clinic ownership and the General Manager to improve operations and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, staff productivity, and overall clinic performance.
- Support team training, development, and sales performance.
- Help implement effective procedures and improvements to enhance client experience and business results.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Robust hands-on experience as a Medical Aesthetician.
- Previous experience in management, business development, sales leadership, or clinic operations.
- Proven ability to increase sales, improve business performance, or contribute to revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of the medical aesthetics industry, treatments, and client care.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong consultation, customer service, and sales abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong business mindset.
- Experience with laser treatments, facials, body contouring, and advanced aesthetic treatments is an asset.
- Experience with CRM systems, booking software, and business performance tracking is an asset.
