Job Description:
Thunder Clean is seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Team Leader to oversee daily operations and lead our cleaning staff. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of managing both people and tasks efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate cleaning team members
- Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed to company standards
- Perform cleaning duties alongside the team when needed
- Train recent employees and provide ongoing support
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Communicate with clients and address any concerns professionally
- Manage schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs
- Handle company cash/change when required and maintain accurate records
- Report any issues, supply needs, or incidents to management

Requirements:





- Previous experience in cleaning and team supervision
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable handling responsibility
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- WHMIS certification (or willingness to obtain)
