Resident Service Associate

Introduction:

LivinLocal is one of the largest providers of fully furnished accommodations in the Greater Vancouver Area. We are looking for a full-time resident service associate (RSA) to join our team, as we continue to grow and maintain our service standards.

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Resident Services Associate (RSA):

1. You will work closely with the Co-Founder and Director of Operations to:

a. Meet and complete service requests be it delivering a gift certificate or extra set of linens to a resident, meeting Rogers at a unit to resolve glitchy internet or provide suite access for a fire alarm inspection.

b. Plan the daily schedule to ensure both field-related tasks and move-ins are completed, as scheduled.

2. Your role will also include contacting residents’ following:

a. Move-in to check on the overall move-in experience.

b. A remote support call, by Rogers, to ensure the issue was resolved.

3. Communicate requests received from residents to the Co-Founder and Director of Operations whereby requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.

4.



Pack welcome kits and ensure a par stock of 5 welcome kits is maintained, at all times, for the team’s use.

5. Receive and unpack office deliveries.

6. Assist the Operations Team with stock taking and linen packing – when required.

7. Apprise the Co-Founder and Director of Operations of any service challenges.

8. Participate in the On-call program for which a separate allowance is paid.

· Communicate clearly and have an eye for detail.

· Have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for work.

Wage and Benefits:

1. Full-Time Position.

2. Wage $23/hr.

3. Enrollment in the Company’s Group Benefits Plan [Extended Health, Dental and Vision] upon successful probation (90 days)

4. 2 weeks of vacation/annum.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
