Job Summary

As a Cashier/Customer Service team member, you’ll support customers with purchases, product questions, and a smooth checkout experience. You’ll combine attentive service with accurate transactions and help keep the sales floor organized and welcoming.

Responsibilities

- Process purchases and payments using POS systems, handle cash accurately, and apply basic math during transactions.
- Welcome customers, answer questions in person or by phone, and explain products through clear demonstrations.
- Support retail sales by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and using thoughtful upselling.
- Assist with merchandising and maintain organized displays; coordinate with colleagues to keep service moving efficiently.

Skills

Required: Transparent communication, customer service, cashiering, cash handling, basic math, POS use, English, organization, and time management support accurate transactions and responsive service. Preferred: Bilingual or multilingual abilities, retail sales or technical sales experience, technology sales knowledge, product demonstration skills, merchandising experience, phone etiquette, and confidence with sales and upselling can help you serve a broader range of customers.

Pay: $17.60-$28.30 per hour
