We are looking for a Seasonal Floor Coordinator for our Greater Toronto Area locations.

Our Floor Coordinator is responsible for maintaining our Greater Toronto Area showrooms and assisting clients with their in-store appliance pick ups.

Location: Interested candidates should be willing & be able to drive / travel to different stores within the GTA

Shift Times: Monday to Friday

Compensation: $20 per hour

Start date: Immediately

Required: Must have your own vehicle; car allowance and gas allowance will be provided

What You’ll Be Doing! Your day-to-day will involve…

- Assisting and engaging with customer payments, operating debit terminal, loading appliances onto vehicles for customers
- Maintaining standards, and facilitation of refurbishments and openings across multiple specified regions




- Daily cleaning and care of the showroom/facility (Floors/ Workspaces/ Washrooms/Wipe Appliances/ Dust/ Price Tags) and the placement/arrangement of new floor models as they arrive
- Keeping track of on site inventory
- Coaching and training new or existing showroom attendants when needed
- Supporting showroom attendants when in need of assistance!
- Update and maintain existing policy, procedures, and SOP for showrooms and showroom attendants
- Responsible for completion of, and overseeing Health and Safety meetings at assigned location

What we are looking for…

- Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail
- Must have your own vehicle; car allowance and gas allowance will be provided
- Able to travel between locations when necessary
- Ready to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Comfortable working in a digital setting
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs comfortably and consistently
- May be required to stand for extended periods of time
