PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE & REPAIR ASSISTANT

Valley Phone Repair — Woodstock, NB

Are you interested in technology, electronics, and learning new skills?

Valley Phone Repair is looking for a friendly, dependable individual to join our team!

This position is ideal for a high school or post-secondary student looking to gain valuable work experience in a technology-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide friendly, skilled service.
- Answer customer questions and assist with purchases.
- Check in devices for repair and maintain accurate customer records.
- Process sales and assist with inventory.
- Keep the shop organized and presentable.
- Learn basic electronics diagnostics and repair procedures.
- Perform basic screen, battery, and component replacements as training progresses.

What we're looking for:

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- An interest in smartphones, computers, gaming systems and electronics.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and positive organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as experience develops.





No previous repair experience required. Training will be provided!

Position Details:

- Part-time position.
- Approximately 10–15 hours per week.
- Primarily after-school, evening, and Saturday shifts.
- Opportunity to develop technical repair skills.

Saturday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
