IMPORTANT – EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY

A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in trucking safety, transportation compliance, or fleet safety is required.

We are NOT looking for candidates with general office administration experience or individuals looking to enter the safety industry without prior trucking experience.

Position Overview

All Routes Logistics is seeking an experienced, hands-on Safety & Compliance Coordinator to join our established Safety team.

The successful candidate must understand the trucking industry and have practical knowledge of driver compliance, transportation regulations, and fleet safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor driver compliance, including licences, medicals, abstracts, and Driver Qualification Files.
- Review ELD records, Hours of Service (HOS), and driver logs.
- Monitor MTO and U.S. DOT/FMCSA compliance requirements.
- Assist with accident investigations, incident reporting, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate driver safety orientations, training, and ongoing safety initiatives.
- Monitor vehicle inspections, permits, registrations, and fleet documentation.
- Maintain accurate safety records and prepare compliance reports.
- Work directly with Dispatch, Fleet, Operations,



and drivers to resolve outstanding compliance issues.

Mandatory Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of direct trucking industry experience, preferably in Safety & Compliance.
- Practical understanding of trucking safety regulations and transportation compliance.
- Experience with ELD systems and driver compliance monitoring.
- Knowledge of MTO regulations and U.S. DOT/FMCSA requirements is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify compliance issues, follow up, and ensure corrective action is completed.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with drivers and operations personnel.
