If you are passionate about cars and eager to launch your automotive career, this opportunity is your gateway to becoming a skilled, certified technician. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will work alongside senior technicians to gain valuable hands-on experience and essential technical skills.

Job Duties Include:

- Perform oil changes and replace vehicle oil filters efficiently.
- Inspect and top off fluid levels, including coolant, transmission, steering, and brake fluids.
- Conduct tire rotations, balancing, and precise tire pressure checks.
- Replace air and cabin filters to maintain peak vehicle performance.
- Inspect and replace worn-out wiper blades, bulbs, and batteries.
- Perform basic safety inspections, identifying mechanical wear and tear.
- Communicate additional issues and required repairs clearly to the Service Advisor.
- Maintain shop cleanliness, keeping your personal work area and tools secure and organized.
- Execute additional duties as needed to support the high-volume service team.

Successful Candidates Possess:

- Education & Knowledge: High school diploma (or equivalent) paired with a solid mechanical aptitude.
- Credentials: Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Tool Competency: Ability to safely operate standard automotive maintenance tools and workshop equipment.
- Core Strengths: Strong attention to detail, basic problem-solving abilities, and good communication skills.
- Physical Capability:



Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced garage environment.

The expected compensation range may vary depending on experience and qualifications.

This compensation range includes base wages and vacation pay, as applicable under Ontario Regulation 476/24 made under the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
