Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a sushi chef within a restaurant or food industry setting

- Ability to perform meal preparation efficiently under pressure while maintaining high quality standards
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment used in sushi preparation such as knives, rice cookers, and refrigeration units
