Overview

The European Car Mechanic inspects, repairs, and maintains European vehicles, using sound mechanical knowledge and practical workshop skills. This hands-on role combines troubleshooting, repair, and assembly to help keep vehicles secure and dependable.

Duties

- Diagnose vehicle issues using schematics, mechanical knowledge, and appropriate inspection methods.
- Perform automotive repair and maintenance with hand tools and power tools.

Requirements

Required: Practical mechanical knowledge, automotive repair and maintenance skills, and confidence using hand tools and power tools are essential. The role also calls for careful schematic reading, and the ability to complete repair reliably.

Preferred: Mechanic experience, dealership experience,



and customer service skills are valuable strengths. These capabilities support effective troubleshooting, quality workmanship, and clear communication with customers and colleagues throughout the repair process.

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Montréal, QC H4P 1W9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- Mechanic: 3 years (preferred)

Language:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
