Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating or ordering as needed
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests are noted
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Clear tables and ensure the dining area remains clean and organized throughout shifts
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly
- Assist with opening or closing duties, including setting up or cleaning the dining area
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe workplace for guests and staff
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 25 pounds)
