Clearview Physical Therapy is looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team in Calgary on a flexible, part-time contract basis.
We are expanding our services to support Canadian veterans through a Veterans Affairs initiative and are looking for an NP to conduct medical assessments and assist with the required documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial medical assessments for veterans.
- Complete Veterans Affairs assessment forms and related documentation.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and third-party partners to help determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide clinical recommendations based on assessment findings.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse Practitioner in positive standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA).
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
