Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any customer concerns swiftly




- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management skills
- Assist in opening or closing procedures, including inventory checks and restocking supplies

Skills

- Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, with a solid understanding of hospitality principles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering tasks
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Experience in bartending or serving roles, demonstrating proficiency in drink mixing, serving, and cash handling
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation, change handling, and inventory management
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
