Norco Modular Buildings is looking for a skilled Interior Finisher to join our team!

If you have experience with door installation, trim work, or interior finishing, we'd like to hear from you. You'll be working in a shop environment finishing the interiors of modular buildings and helping ensure each unit is completed to a high quality standard.

What you'll be doing:

- Hanging and installing interior doors and door hardware.
- Installing casings, trims, mouldings, and baseboards.
- Installing rubber cove base.
- Installing wall and ceiling battens.
- Assisting with other interior finishing tasks as required.
- Maintaining a high standard of quality and workmanship.

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience with door hanging and installation.
- Good understanding of interior finishing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a busy shop environment.

These skills are an asset:

- Door hardware installation.
- Joinery or cabinet making experience.
- T-bar/Suspended ceiling installation.
- First aid certification. E




- Experience working in modular construction or a similar manufacturing environment.

No weekend work! Our work schedules are:

Day shift - 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Afternoon shift - 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM, Monday to Thursday.

NO WEEKEND WORK AT NORCO.

You'll be part of a team building quality modular buildings in a structured shop environment, with consistent hours and a Monday to Friday or Monday to Thursday schedule depending on shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
