Job Overview

The Residential/Commercial Cleaner maintains clean, orderly spaces in homes and commercial settings. This hands-on role combines cleaning, maintaining common areas of buildings, and where needed, laundry and bedding, with courteous customer service. Strong time management and organizational skills help ensure tasks are completed carefully and spaces are ready for the people who use them.

Responsibilities

- Clean and tidy residential and commercial areas, following task priorities and maintaining consistent standards.
- Complete cleaning tasks, organize supplies, and manage time to finish assigned work efficiently.
- Fold laundry and make beds, when requested, communicate respectfully with customers, and respond to reasonable service needs.
- Coordinate with owner and share relevant updates to support smooth, dependable service.

Experience

Required: Previous cleaning skills, including residential/commercial cleaning, plus the organization, time management,



and communication needed to complete tasks reliably and provide courteous customer service. English is useful for understanding instructions and communicating with customers. Must have own vehicle, mop, and vacuum. Locations include: Brantford, Hamilton, Dundas, and Oakville. You will be paid for commute one way. You will be provided cleaning supplies upon being hired, but it will be your responsibility to maintain supplies.

Preferred: 2 years hospitality, or related cleaning experience can support a broader range of assignments and customer needs. Your impact: Clean, well-organized spaces help customers feel comfortable and allow colleagues to prepare for their next tasks.

Pay: From $19.50 per hour
