As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your ability to provide excellent customer service and manage time effectively will contribute to the overall success of our café.
Fluent English is a must.
- Restaurant or Customer Service Experience: Preferred. We value a background in fast-paced food and beverage or hospitality environments.
- Passion for Coffee: A genuine interest in coffee and a curiosity to learn about brewing techniques and flavor profiles. Team Player: A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming, clean environment for our guests.
- Reliability: Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends and morning shifts.
No barista experience required. We provide training.
Restaurant experience is an asset.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages,
ensuring consistency and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle food preparation tasks as needed, including baking or assembling food items.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as necessary.
Experience
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
- Experience with cashiering or operating POS systems is beneficial.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
