Responsibilities

- Financial & Administrative Support:

- Accounts Payable: Process invoices, match purchase orders, and prepare vendor payments.

- Accounts Receivable: Process incoming payments, balance accounts, and monitor outstanding balances.

- Bookkeeping: Perform general bookkeeping tasks, including financial and operational data entry and basic tracking.

- Filing & Organization: Maintain accurate, organized physical and digital financial records.

Web, Design & Social Media:

- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms to grow our audience.

- Website Maintenance: Keep our company website updated, functional, and user-friendly.

- E-Commerce Development: Build, optimize, and manage our online store and product listings.

- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for digital advertising, marketing campaigns, and online posts.





Technical Writing & Documentation:

- Content Creation: Write clear, concise product descriptions, user guides, FAQs, and online store documentation.

- Process Documentation: Draft internal workflow guides for both accounting procedures and web maintenance updates.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

- Accounting Software: Experience with Karmak or a similar business accounting system (e.g., QuickBooks).

- Finance Experience: Proven track record in bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general data entry.

- Communication: Strong technical writing skills with the ability to explain complex information in simple, user-friendly language.

- Marketing: Experience managing business social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

- Design & Web Tools: Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and e-commerce/web platforms.

- Adaptability: Proven ability to switch tasks efficiently between analytical financial work and creative marketing projects.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 per week
