LandSharx is seeking dependable, hardworking, and motivated Snow Removal Labourers to join our winter operations team in Edmonton. This position is responsible for providing timely and professional snow and ice management services at residential and commercial properties throughout the Edmonton area.

The successful candidate will work outdoors in varying winter weather conditions and assist with maintaining safe, accessible, and well-maintained properties throughout the winter season. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and understand the importance of reliability and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform manual snow removal using shovels, snow blowers, and other snow removal equipment.
- Clear sidewalks, walkways, entrances, steps, pathways, and other designated areas.
- Apply ice melt, salt, sand, or other approved traction-control materials as required.
- Assist with snow removal at residential, commercial, and multi-unit properties.
- Operate snow removal equipment safely and responsibly.
- Follow assigned routes, schedules, and instructions provided by crew leads and management.
- Identify and report hazardous conditions, property concerns, or service-related issues.
- Maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas.
- Work collaboratively with other crew members to ensure routes are completed efficiently and to company standards.
- Complete assigned work within established service timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Previous snow removal or landscaping experience is considered an asset but is not required.
- Valid driver's licence is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.




- Physically capable of performing repetitive lifting, shovelling, bending, and extended periods of outdoor work.
- Comfortable working in cold temperatures and changing winter weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from designated meeting locations.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and available for overnight, early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

- Outdoor work in Edmonton's winter weather conditions, including snow, ice, wind, and extreme cold.
- Work schedules are weather-dependent and may require short-notice availability.
- Shifts may occur overnight, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically demanding work involving prolonged periods of standing, walking, lifting, and shovelling.
- Employees may be assigned to different residential and commercial routes throughout the season.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
